How to Locate an Invoice on Shein

You can find the complete invoice for your package on your supplier's website, or you can check your email for the purchase receipt sent by your supplier.

 

Some general steps to locate your invoice on Shein are outlined below: 

 

1. Log in to your Shein account from your favourite browser using the correct registered email and password.

2. Click on "My Orders." In "My Orders", you can get an overview of your order history and their status.

3. Click on the specific order you wish to obtain the invoice for. 

4. The invoice for your package should be displayed after completing the previous step.
